User agrees to pay for all charges and fees incurred in connection with your user name and password for CREfirms's Paid Subscription Services. User will not be billed for 30 days after subscribing. User understands that the monthly cost after the initial trial period is a flat $34.95 per month.
The monthly fees for your subscription will be billed automatically to the credit card designated during the registration process at the start of the monthly or annual period (after the trial period), and will auto-renew each month or year until membership is terminated.
Sales are non-refundable. If user cancels during a monthly period, user's account will remain active until that month's period is over.
Members may cancel through the account manager in the members' area of CREfirms or by email.
