What does CREFirms.com do?
CREfirms.com allows users to identify and contact the decision makers within the firms appropriate for your product or service.
For example, you may have a strip mall for sale in Dover, DE.· Using the owner/buyer database, users can find those firms (and key contacts within those firms) who have expressed an interest in purchasing retail properties in Delaware.· Users can then download lists of those firms for later use.
The other CREfirms.com databases (lenders and brokers) feature similar functionality.
Subscribers have access to all three CREfirms.com databases.

CREfirms.com started as an online directory 2009. It is now available via a monthly subscription.

Why did we start CREfirms.com?
CREfirms.com was founded on the premise that it should be easy to identify, isolate and contact the decision makers for commerical real estate owners.  After an exhaustive search, we could not find an affordable service that accomplished this efficiently.  Since inception, demand necessitated we add the commerical real estate brokerages and lenders databases.
